The big storm system we’ve been talking about all week will finally arrive tonight. It will bring widespread rains to the region. We will have a break from snow shower activity on Saturday and there may even be a few breaks of sunshine with highs in the mid to upper 30s. The next chance of snow will develop Saturday evening through Sunday morning. During this time, there could be an accumulation of light again.

The cold weather will continue with highs in the mid upper 30s on Sunday and Monday, then conditions are expected to turn windy and warmer on Tuesday with highs in the 40s.
