According to observations at (06:30) MST today, a severe cyclonic storm is crossing West Bengal (India) and the coast of Bangladesh. It is downgraded to Cyclonic Strom and continuously moves east-northeast.

Cyclonic storm “BULBUL” is likely to weaken to a deep low over the next (12) hours. It continues to move east-northeast and emerges in Bangladesh.
Due to cyclonic storm “BULBUL”, rain or thunderstorms will be fairly widespread to widespread in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady areas, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine states and isolated to scattered in areas of Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Tanintharyi, Kayah, Kayin and Mon states with probability of isolated massive falls in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway regions, Chin and Rakhine states in the next (36) hours from today morning.
Frequent squalls with rough to very rough seas will occur off and along the coasts of Rakhine. The gusty surface wind speed can reach (45-50) mph. The seas will be moderate to rough elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave heights will be approximately (10-13) feet off and along the coast of Rakhine and (7-9) feet in the Mottama Gulf Delta, off and along the coast of Mon-Taninthayi .
Strong winds, heavy precipitation and landslides can occur due to the influence of cyclonic storm “BULBUL”.
