The seas will be hazy to hazy in places at first, will become foggy with a few clouds at times, the report added, warning of poor visibility in places at the start, strong wind and high seas in the afternoon.
The coastal wind will be variable to less than 05 knots initially, becoming northwest to northeast from 08 to 18 knots with gusts to 25 knots in places during the day.
Offshore, it will blow from the northwest at 03 at 10/18 knots increasing to 18 to 25 knots in the afternoon, with gusts to 32 knots at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 km or less at places at the start.
The sea condition near the coast will be 1 to 2 feet to reach 3 to 5 feet in the afternoon, while offshore it will be 1 to 3/5 feet to reach 5 to 8 feet the afternoon, sometimes reaching 11 feet.
